Apex Bass Promoter & Street Team Code of Conduct

● You represent Apex Bass and our artists whenever you promote, table, or wear our branding.

● Be respectful, inclusive, and positive — we want to build a welcoming community.

● Do not misrepresent show details (pricing, age restrictions, lineup, etc.). Always share official information.

● No discrimination, harassment, or hateful language.

● Respect different identities, backgrounds, and perspectives.

● Treat attendees, staff, and other promoters with kindness.

● Follow Apex Bass directions on flyers, posts, ticket links, and talking points.

● Do not spam — no mass tagging, fake accounts, or misleading claims.

● Only use official media (flyers, images, copy) provided by Apex Bass unless approved.

● Show up on time for shifts and commitments (flyering, door support, etc.).

● If you can’t make a shift, give at least 24 hours’ notice.

● Respect venues, partners, and sponsors — you’re an extension of our brand.

● Promoters must not be intoxicated while on duty (flyering, working door, staffing).

● At events, enjoy responsibly. You are still representing Apex Bass.

● Incentives are provided as outlined in your sign-up agreement (tickets, merch, cash bonuses).

● Incentives are not wages. Promoter roles are volunteer/contractor-based.

● Misreporting ticket sales or manipulating promo codes will result in removal from the team.

● Internal details (budgets, contracts, unreleased lineups) must not be shared outside the team.

● Do not leak lineups or confidential info before official announcements.

● Harassment, violence, theft, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal.

● Apex Bass reserves the right to end a promoter’s involvement at any time.

By signing up as a promoter or street team member, you agree to:

● Uphold this Code of Conduct.

● Respect the Apex Bass brand and community.

● Understand that violations may result in removal without compensation.
